Join the Sisters of Sister-Arts Studio for a trunk show featuring sixteen adorable baby garments from patterns created for Anny Blatt and Bouton D’or yarns. This European manufacturer has created the most beautiful knitted outfits for babies and toddlers using their washable wool fibers. These knitted pieces are a must see! If you don’t have a child to knit for...you’ll wish you had!

Join the Sisters of Sister-Arts Studio for World Wide Knit in Public Day! Join hundreds of Chicago land knitters by gathering in Millennium Park to celebrate the fiber-arts; knitting crochet, weaving, spinning and felting. The sisters of Sister-Arts Studio will be gathering together with the founders of Yarn Con. Stop by our Meet & Greet Table for discount coupons and to register for the yarn basket and project class drawings. In addition the first 100 visitors will get a free sample of Anny Blatt Yarn.

Mid-North Summer Festival – June 22nd!
Join the Sisters of Sister-Arts Studio for free knitting lessons at the Mid-North Summer Fest Kids Festival. This festival is perfect for adults and children of all ages and features free activities for kids throughout the day. Sister-Arts will be offering free half hour knitting lessons to kids ages 7+. In addition register to win a gift certificate for one free week of Creative Summer Camp 2008. Discount coupons will be available for the first 100 visitors who register.

Stitch N’Pitch – Chicago White Sox
August 6th!
Join the Sisters of Sister-Arts Studio to watch the Chicago White Sox vs. the Detroit Tigers. Yes bring your knitting (or any other needle art) and knit in public while cheering for your favorite team. The reduced ticket price is $19.50 and includes one upper box game ticket and a Stitch N’ Pitch baseball cap. Call Sister-Arts Studio to purchase a ticket. Pre-payment by credit card is required. Ticket purchase deadline is July 9th!

Free Knitting & Needle-Art Demo’s!
Thursdays in June, July & August (7 PM)
We have had excellent participation and response to our knitting demo's conducted during open knit night. Therefore we are delighted to continue offering free demo's this Summer. Join us to expand your knitting & needle-art skills! Attendance is free so bring your needles and scrap yarn to learn a new technique and meet the fabulous Sisters of Sister-Arts Studio!

Open Knit-Night for All!
Every Thursday (6:30 – 9 PM)
Join the Sisters of Sister-Arts Studio for Open Knit-Night held every Thursday evening. Knit-Night is open to all knitters and needle artists alike. Bring a friend, your current project and gather together for a wonderful evening of creative frivolity. Bring a beverage or snack to share and receive 10% off your yarn purchase.
SASI 2nd Anniversary Party a huge Success!
Our 2nd Anniversary Party and fundraiser for the Lincoln Park Ronald McDonald House was a huge success. Sister-Arts raised $1000.00! Proceeds will be used to purchase craft kits and supplies for weekly Art Night and a craft activity for each child during the Annual Christmas Party.
Thank you to the Sisters of Sister-Arts Studio for your generous donations which filled our silent auction table! Thanks to all of our friends, family, knitters, crocheters and creative clients for your generosity and support throughout 2007.
