Created especially for the 2023 Chicago Yarn Crawl, the newest Sister-Arts exclusive yarn collection, designed by Donna and hand-dyed by Dye Mad Yarns, is now available online!
The idea for these four stunning colorways was sparked by the 2023 Chicago Yarn Crawl theme: Celebrating 150 years of the Chicago Public Libraries. With her background in interior design for the architecture firm SOM, Donna looked to some
of the CPL’s finest architecture. The result is two colors that reflect the libraries’ present and future, and two that represent its early history.
Four colors are available on two Dye Mad Yarn Bases:
Minnie DK: 100% Superwash merino, 4-ply DK weight, 246 yards per skein
Hattie Floof: 72% mohair/28% Silk, lace weight, 459 yards per skein
